Accessing Your Account Settings
You can access your Account Settings at any time by following these simple steps:
- Log in to your AI Brand DNA account.
- Locate your Profile icon in the top-right corner of the Main Dashboard.
- Click on your Profile icon. A dropdown menu will appear.
- Select "Account Settings" from the menu.
This will take you to the main settings interface, which is organized into several tabs.
1. Profile Tab
The Profile tab allows you to manage your personal details. This information helps us personalize your experience on the platform.
- Your Name: You can update your first and last name at any time.
- Login Email: For security purposes, your login email address cannot be changed directly from this screen. If you need to change the email associated with your account, please contact our support team for verification and assistance.
- Profile Picture: You can upload a photo of yourself. This image will be visible to any team members you invite to collaborate on your brand, helping to create a more personal team environment.
After making any changes on this tab, be sure to click the "Save Changes" button at the bottom of the page.
2. Security Tab
The Security tab is where you can manage your account password.
- Change Password: For your account's security, you will be prompted to enter your current password before you can set a new one. We recommend using a strong, unique password that combines letters, numbers, and symbols.
3. Subscription & Billing Tab
This tab gives you complete control and visibility over your subscription plan and payment history.
- Current Plan: This section clearly displays the name of your current subscription plan (e.g., "Starter," "Pro," "Business") and lists its key features and limitations.
- Change Plan: If you need to upgrade to access more features or downgrade your plan, you can click the "Change Plan" button. This will take you to a page where you can compare plans and make your selection.
- Payment Method: Here you can see the current payment method on file. If your credit card is expiring or you need to switch to a different card, click the "Update Payment Method" button and follow the secure prompts.
