Playbook: Plan and schedule a product launch
Goal: A complete, on-brand launch plan you can execute against a calendar.
- New campaign — name it for the launch (e.g. "Spring Launch").
- Add the material — use Add document, Add deliverable, and Add image to bring in the product spec, audience notes, key dates, and any reference campaigns.
- Set the goal — from the campaign, click Chat with agent, confirm the active campaign, and type:

"Plan a four-week launch campaign for this product. Include phases, channels, key messages per phase, and a content list. Keep it on brand."
- Let the Brand Agent work — it reads your material and drafts a structured launch plan as a Workspace document.
Then schedule it: move the content list onto the Agenda so each piece gets a date on the Calendar.
